3. Client Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:

Clients retain copyright ownership of their creative work (e.g., thesis, book manuscript) produced through Daksh's services. Daksh reserves ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with its services and methodologies.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information received from the other party in connection with these Terms and the services. This includes, but is not limited to, research data, manuscripts, and client information.
7. Disclaimer
Daksh International Publication provides its publication and editing services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, we do not guarantee the absolute originality or accuracy of the content within client work submitted to us. Authors and researchers are ultimately responsible for ensuring the factual accuracy, validity, and ethical integrity of their research and writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Daksh International Publication is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or information on the Website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
These Terms may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other in the event of a material breach that is not cured within 7 days of written notice.
